Brock Engineering, LLC announces that it has scheduled two new opportunities for its Underground Gas Storage School.
The first one comes from a partnership with the Southern Gas Association. This school will be held in Plano, Texas 17-20 April 2018. According to Tim Brock, president of Brock Engineering, ” This partnership with SGA is a great and natural growth step for Brock Engineering. Since starting our gas storage school in 2016, we have trained a number of engineers and geologists in the private sector and in government. The partnership with SGA will expand our capacity to provide training to another part of the country that may not have otherwise been able to take advantage of our training and be a good benefit to SGA members and others. SGA is a natural fit with Brock Engineering due to the open discussion format at its annual conferences. This format is replicated in our training.”
Details on the Plano, TX school can be found at: https://www.southerngas.org/index.php/event-calendar/1145.
The other opportunity is to be held 11-13 September 2018 in Kalamazoo, Michigan in partnership with PTTC at the Michigan Geological Repository for Research and Education (MGRRE). According to Brock, “This will be the fourth time the storage school has been presented at MGRRE and we are very pleased to return there in the fall.”
